简介:First of all, I have to say that I have great expectations for this movie. I went to the theater to see some exciting action. I hope Ak Lindemann's final film turns out to be something great. I also believe in his directorial talent. Now I have to sadly say that this movie did not live up to my expectations. The movie jumps around a bit: go there, do that, come back, go again. Different people are fighting in different places, and sometimes it's hard to get the full picture. Well, that's not too disturbing because the movie is still entertaining. Especially all the tank scenes are stunning. It's obvious that lack of money is probably the most devastating thing in the movie. As mentioned in the movie, approximately 250 artillery pieces and mortars, plus bombers, targeted the Tali-Ihantala area. But when the "big fight" came, it looked like about 10 guns were bombarding the woods with smoke grenades (I can say this because I served in a mortar company in the Finnish Army). I'm sure it looked like that because there wasn't enough money to make it look more realistic. I also wish there were more soldiers running around in the woods, because hey, this is supposed to be the biggest battle in Northern Europe!
