That was until he learned about the nearby Soap Box Derby - where, according to his grandfather, everyone loves the winner. He was convinced that winning the competition also meant winning some new friends. All he needed was a partner, and he found it in Charlie Brown. Franklin and Charlie Brown worked together to build cars and became good friends in the process. But as the race approaches, the pressure is mounting - can their car and newfound friendship make it to the finish line?
